Southeastern Kentucky Bass Fishing Trail was created in 2017 by Travis Travillian as a idea he wanted to introduce to his local kayak anglers community in Laurel County, KY. SEKYBFT received a ton of support and interest as it was released to the public. 2018 is the debuting season with target lakes and rivers in Southern Kentucky that have amazing bass fishing. We are dedicated to introducing new anglers to kayak fishing and preserving our natural resources and fisheries. We welcome anyone and everyone that wants to attend our tournaments. With a lot of trail and error as a new club comes a lot of support from other surrounding kayak bass fishing clubs and established organizations in the state of Kentucky.

SEKYBFT is also a Kayak Bass Fishing Partner, better known as just KBF, exists to bring together in the outdoors both men and women, youth and aged, who share a passion for fishing from kayaks. Through forums and tournament trails and events, we share the triumphs, discoveries, and challenges that are common among kayak anglers.

2018- 107 Black Bass were caught and released in the state of Kentucky during our tournaments.
